i cant get brand new stuff here in PERU because to import that things from USA is very very expensive so thats why i need photos.

I can prepare an exhaust. i mean make a copy of one. Thanks.

thanks for answer simon.

orig ecu with apexi AFC (air fuel converter)
turbo xs manual boost controller.

is there a leak? yesterday i disconect the wastegate hose. at full boost i only got 20 PSIs at 3rd gear.

i feel too much lag. i am using standar IC hoses with the vf35.

what could be the problem?

standard hoses should be fine assuming they fit etc..

could be a boost leak.. and most likely..

Have you looked into oil supply restrictor.. cannot remember is VF35 needs restrictor or doesn't. too little oil hampering spool? or too much?

Let me check that Simon. i suposse it is installed with the same conection as the orig. TD04L. i dont think that is the problem. Is not the vf35 a bolt on turbo??

i suposse the oil conections are the same.

a leak from the boost gauge?? could be?

Did you use the correct VF oil fed banjo bolt or bolt from your TD04 - they are different...

Have you checked the actuator / wastegate arm is not stuck open?

Are you using the TD04 actuator or a VF35 one? is it adjustable?

AndrewC. , i am not sure but i bought the VF35 second hand but complete.

It came with the VF35 actuator. I think is not adjustable.

If there is a problem with the wastegate it would be that it is stuck open. with the hose disconected and the wastegate well closed, the vf would be boost 25, 30 PSIs. or not? maybe i am wrong and the VF35 can not go further than 20 PSis?

did you use the bolt from the TD04 oil feed to connect the oil feed to the new turbo?

ie. as Andrew and I have implyed already.. are you using the correct banjo bolt / restrictor for the oil supply?
