ok well here are a few probs to start with...

1. where can i buy uprated head gaskets from.

2. where can i get the heads checked, around/close to north wales or is there a way to check them myself to make sure there ok, i.e. things to look for.

3.are standard head bolts ok for say upto 400/400 hp

1) Try Mark @ Lateral performance, very helpful and get you exactly what you need.

2) Not really sure on that

3) They should be fine at that level but for piece of mind you could change them for ARP head bolts but personally i would not bother.
