Default filter and chips

hello people,
i drive a turbo 2000 impreza with full after burner exhaust system what i want to know is which is the best air filter for this set up but i dont want one that sounds like a dump valve, and what chip should i have fitted into the car cheers james.

Air Filter : Either a Green Panel, K&N or STi (JDM)
Chips :You can't chip a MY99. Well superchips probably will but what they fit isn't a chip just a fuel cut lifter. They then raise the boost without adjusting the fuel/ignition Your best option is an ECUTEK ECU remap. This will cost about £600. If you can pick up a 2nd hand ECU with ECUTEK software already installed then the remap should cost you around £250.
