Just wondering if I need a remap sooner rather than later on my Wrx v1

its got a Mines ecu in it, W8 I think. It had a cat on it.


Fitted a full decat system today along with a knocklink and lambdalink

already has a HKS boost controler (one that I cant find instructions for, an no, It's not on the HKS website) installed, boosting at 1.2bar, now re-set to 0.9 bar

only using V.Power in it, not showing knocklink activity (1 green once), and the lambdalink is showing correct under boost

I dont thrash it daily, but it does get driven.

If your knocklink activity is minimal then for peace of mind maybe get someone to check the car over with wideband to make sure the fuelling is spot on.
Of course with a remappable ecu then you will take full advantage of all the mods that you currently have and the car will be totally different
