after close inspection with car on ramps the oil seems to be coming from in between the engine and gear box...
the turbo is still pulling like it was before but the cars abit ruff on idle and its puffing out grey smoke @ high revs is this a sign the turbos gone ANYONE?????
i think i might have blown the turbo and the gearbox gasket at the same time

i would check your gearbox and engine oil levels to determine where the oil is coming from. Then you know where the problem is likely to be. I had a leaking gearbox seal when i first got mine and ended up doing a full gearbox rebuild just to make it perfect.
In relation to your turbo its really hard to tell. I just changed mine because i was getting grey smoke on startup and so thought the turbo was gone. Theres no smoke anymore but ive also just had the car mapped so could be due to that!.
I would get the car to a garage that can check the fueling and everything, that way your should be able to tell if theres a turbo problem or a fueling problem

if its running rough then it could be something a bit more serious, especially if there is loads of oil that has been dropped

had another look today and we started it up while on the ramps,it was leaking bad from around the oil filter! it was loose!
so when i was driving it has been spraying it out everywhere onto the engine/gearbox etc...since tightening it up the leak has stopped!
we have worked to miss fire out to the cylinder (nearest to driver side)..could it be the coil pack or plug or piston rings?
would the missing cause it to smoke ?
gonna do a compression test tamoz to check the piston rings are ok
ive had a guy round today who has seen turbos blown before and he said its not smoking enough for it to be that..so he thinks its ok
