Default ECU Tek help !!!

Hi Guys

Just bought a 2001 UK 300 and i have found out its got a switchable boost ecu i have looked on ecutek's web site on how to switch it but it dont seem to work !

Can anyone shead some light on this for me please

The feature may be supported by the ECU, but I doubt it would be enabled by default. You will have to get your car remapped to enable it. Launch control may also be available, but the extra power it generates may be too much for your gear box to handle of the line.

Your standard ECU has the ability to have switchable settings if it has been remapped by ECUTEK. As you have probably read, it is switched using the rear demist button in a certain sequence.

If it hasn't been remapped using ECUTEK to enable the switchable boost, it won't switch as there is nothing too switch.

I would not have asked if it hadnt been mapped for it as i have the paperwork for it.
I think ive got it sorted now anyways.
