Most of the "oil additives" on the market are usually "snake oil".
I can see nothing on either of the web sites for these products which gives (or even tries to give) any kind of even basic explanation as to how they work at improving lubrication.
Just buy good quality oil of a suitable viscosity range and you'll have nothing to worry about.

The oil companies spend millions developing their oils - best to leave it as is rather than add some supposed wonder additive that claims to dramatically improve it's performance IMHO.
