pipe blown off or split in the turbo network, check your hoses and intercooler for leaks.

Default prob

i would check boost pipes that go to the boost solenoid or around that area, they may look as if there on but give them a tug to make sure and check others for splits

Went to see Alyn @ ASP today, got new plugs, as the old ones looked in a terrible state, got some good advise, fitted plugs & coilpacks, oh & lightwave thanks for pointing me in the right direction, because on closer inspection hose had split in two right where it joins the FMIC, replaced with a new hose, started 1st time holds idle no prob, took for a good 40mile run on & off boost, pick up better than ever, and no signs of any smoke. So whith fingers crossed, think this is fixed,
Thanks for all the help chaps
Mark.
