Default V-Power replacing Optimax

I pulled into my local shell station last night to fill the car up and my loved optimax has been totally replaced by V-Power, whats the crack, is it better, its high RON at 99 but also contains cleaning and lubracating agents, does this agree with the boxer engine or what? whats your opinons?

If im honest i cant tell a great deal in performance

Check www.shell.com there are a couple of threads elsewhere.
Haven't used it yet but have used Tescos 99 ron and its perfectly fine (have had it RR and there were no problems).
You won't notice any difference in performance although i do get slightly better mileage when i went from optimax to Tescos
Car is a 93wrx with decat

It's been talked about for the last couple of weeks at least! see the "General" section.
