hi i have an my96 sti wagon,which is driving me mad,its very hesitant when i accelerate,and ther is a noise like a metal screeching noise,any help or info would be great

hi iv searched this a few times and changed coil packs,dump valve,maf,took off induction kit,cleaned boost solenoid,it only seems to do it bad on a hot day,and it has just started making a screeching noise just yesterday when it does it
