Default Rear Brembos on a classic

Hi could someone please confirm that the rear brembos+discs+hubs of a V7 Sti will fit on a 1997 Classic using the 1997 driveshafts will bolt straight on as a scooby centre around me says they have fitted a few like this and have fitted ok, But its not what Ive read on here. I thought you had to change the diff and shafts aswell. Anybody Know

see https://www.scoobynet.com/fitting-my...t523985p2.html

I'm not adapting the rer disk drum as per Rentonone's solution. But fitting a WRX 01> rear disk which has the required 170mm drum. Although the WRX 01> disk is 290mm and the STi 316.
But that's still alot better then the standard Classic 265mm.
