Question Coilpacks

If you suspect a vaulty coilpack. How do you check them to find out which one/s are giving the problems.

Or direct me to the thread that has already covered this subject.

Cheers amigos

They usually crack on the ends where the spark plug goes. Try covering the cracks with electrical insulating tape, it worked for me, solving a miss-fire on boost.

They can also break down internally which you can't see.

If you have some idea which pack it is try swaping them around one by one and see if the problem transfers to another cylinder.

Failing that if you can borrow a servicable set then replace your leads one by one until the problem disappears. Long winded i know.
