where is the best place i can get a scoob spark plug spanner or can i use a ordinary plug spanner with alterations

the scoob is just like most other cars it doesnt require special tools for the plugs. All you need is a suitable size extension bar to fit into the plug socket

I think you need a 3" extension bar from memory. Also take the rubber o ring out of the plug socket otherwise it'll stay on the plug after refitting
