sorry its a 94 jap wrx i have a blitz nurspec r cat back and a japspeed open neck downpipe and a blitz induction everythng else is standard othe than a boost gauge and a hks ssqv, what would be a good upgrade after the ecu,,,

like any ecu/map it can transform the car completly if done correctly,it will optimise any mods that you have done,hard to tell on its own how much of a benefit it would be on its own,but when combined with everything else its great

your better doing upgrades before the ecu is fitted, this way your new mods can be mapped in therefore taking full advantage. I would certainly fit a new uprated fuel pump before the power fc though if nothing else just for safety.
As to what is a good upgrade, it depends where you want to go power wise, things like ported and wrapped headers, bigger injectors, fmic, bigger turbo and you would get close to 350bhp.
I imagine with your spec as is you could get around about 260 to 280 ish bhp, but as said would advise on a n uprated fuel pump.
