Mongoose or Scoobysport Exhaust?

I have been talking to a motorsport preparation specialist about exhausts for an MY99 Impreza Turbo. They recommended the Mongooses full de-cat to which they said would release 'at least 20bhp but might even be 35bhp'. I have also been looking at the Scoobysport de-cat system, but cant really decide.

Help!
