they all got 'em
no clue what it is except perhaps - flashing / programming port at the factory is my guess
or perhaps even external power needed for tests in factory

and what injecotrs your got in there ?
those grey wrapped things look like resistor packs for injectors

I looked and its running pinks, The strange thing is it boosts up to 1.53 bar. No apparent mods less the ones Ive fitted.

Not to sure if its had a remap in the past. I've fitted APS FMIC, APS CAK, and a walbro pump full 3" decat open neck DP.

There does'nt seem to be any knock so I'm wondering if it has been playe with in its past.

aftermarket remaps take place via the obd port under the steering column - I think those plugs are for factory use

if you boosting to 1.53 bar then you got a remap !!! std ecu typically has boost cut between 1.2 and 1.3 bar - if you exceed that for x length of time the ecu stops the party - maybe your 1.53 is just a quick quick spike and you get a way with it - but I would go check it out and put some sort of knock device on
