whats the best grade engine oil to use in my 94 sti version 1?

5W-40 keeps getting mentioned round here. Oilman will tell you different if I'm wrong

hi mate i use mobil 1 super syn 15/50w on my 94 sti.its the only oil that graham goode racing wil use on any impreza.hope this helps with ur choice. chris
