Default Wll a Z4 ECU fit a 1995 UK Classic?

As title. I am selling my Z4 ECU as I have upgraded to a PFC and wondered if the Z4 will fit a 95 UK Turbo.

It is a japo ECU that is near exact same as UK PPP ecu settings. So needs be run on optimax. I think its set up for a TD04 turbo so see if this is wat you have!

I don't know the exact figures but the WRX is 260bhp as standard iirc as a result of the different map to the UK cars used in the Z4 ECU. Do a search on here. A lot of people use the Z4 for a cheap increase in poke.

It will increase the boost to 12.7spi from 11.47 psi and the fuel/ignition maps are slightly smoother then the standard UK. It will be safe to run on 97/98RON.

The prodrive map was based on the Z4 but ran a peak of 13.64psi with very little change elsewhere. Prodrive recommended this to be run on 97Ron also.

I've a 95 wrx import with a td05 and Z4. Apart for the Kakimoto Racing Exhaust it is standard. PowerStation rolling road it produced 252bhp.

And was only running on Esso 97

Fuel cut it around 14.5psi so the UK ECU will run it.
Fuel cut on the Z4 is about 15.9psi IIRC.

I ran a Z4 on a MY95 UK for ages, it does make a good difference and with a MBC you can push boost to the PPP level and a bit more, i ran 1 bar saftely with no knock on SUL97.
I was told it will never give the 260bhp standard as the WRX has different cams, and the figure is claimed using 100 ron fuel. I never got the car dyno'd but from the datalogs we were seeing airflow that should produce around the 270bhp mark, Decat, panel filter and 1 bar.

Many moons ago I ran a car with a Full decat, uprated panel filter, Z4 with 1bar and got 280 BHP

Same car without the raised boost gave 265 BHP
