Anyone have the recommended specs for Fuel Pressure for Power Enterprise 650cc injec
Hiya
I have just added a SARD fpr and need to know what the manufacturers recommended fuel pressure is for these 650cc power ennterprise injectors on a sti7 ?
I have searched and googled and find lots of places wanting to sell me these injectors - I am looking for base fuel pressure - ie idle so I can set it up and go from there
Help and thanks !
Cheers

Base line fuel pressure is 3bar at atmospheric.
There isn't a "manufacturers recommended" pressure, but generally speaking, injectors atomise better at slightly raised pressure.
However, if you increase fuel pressure, you also increase flow, and it can be harder to control the injectors at idle, and low IDC's.
The more expensive ECU's cope better with this.
For reference the PE 650's flow circa 730cc at 3.5bar.
I would normally suggest 3.5bar at atmospheric with a good ECU, otherwise stick to 3 bar.
Mark.
