help needed with sti5 top rear spoiler
just as the title says, how the hell will it fit ?
wont go on oe fixings got some bodyshop glue for fitting body parts etc..
need advice please.

Do you mean the top part of the spoiler or the whole spoiler itself, it doesnt seem clear to me hence lack of replies.
If you mean the sti 5 spoiler that everyone knows it uses the original holes from old spoiler and either some new drilled ones or some kind of adhesive to secure spoiler
Should be a easy job

I fitted one on my old impreza and the holes didnt line up either. I used some super strong bonder, sorry cant remember the name but was advised by a few people on here that the glue would be strong enough.
Its definately a 2 man job, to hold the spoiler in place and to position it, dont attempt it by yourself you will just get glue all over the bootlid.

I just threaded some bolts in the spoiler and then fitted one side to the boot and put the nuts on loosely, and then just slightly prized the other side in and put the nuts on that. Had the foam stuff around the base of the spoiler to protect paintwork etc and then just tightened everything up. Job done, nice and secure.

yeh lads it is the top sti5 spoiler,
thanks for the replys cameras on blink hence no pcs.
when the oe brackets are left thier are 2 bolts sticking out its the top 1 thats the problem it just hits the spoiler thier is no hoe fr it should i drill a hole so it just fits in ?
