Default slight missfire...

as above on medium to hard acceleration in 4th or 5th. cars a my98 uk turbo wagon. this seems to have appeared since i put a decat downpipe on. other mods are dawes at 1.0bar and a pipercross panel filter and a scooby sport back box. done about 87k now and not sure when the plugs where last changed, planned to do plugs at 90k, could it be plugs? does my model have 1 coil pack or 4?

thanks

Rich

Had this early on after a plug change on my '98 car.

After much mucking about, the dealer traced it to a plug lead breaking down at higher revs.

I also had this problem around the time I changed my lambda and plugs. Just reset the ecu if your getting any errors and hope it goes away

Mine has been ok since touch wood.
