It's an early car

There is a phillips screw in the door handle cup. Remove that and the handle will lift out.
Pull the door latch and lift the front edge of the cup behind it, it will sort of slide out and unclip (takes some practice).
If there is a clip on the panel where it meets the dash when closed remove the clip.

Now slide your fingers behind the door card at the rear most bottom corner and gently pull. The clips behind should let go and then work your way round the rest of the door (front and rear edges and along the bottom).

Put the window fully down then lift the door car up and the top edge should come loose
Unplug the wiring to the window switches and remove
