Default Powder caoting Suspension parts

as the title says, is it ok to powder coat these parts? As I remember a while back people said not to PC their alloys.

Thanks

Iv'e just had my OZ's powder coated in birmingham at a company called Bournes, Very good price and a top job too.

I think people were worried about the procedure issue when treating parts to powder coat, but i think it's fine nowadays.

My suspension at the back is all STi Pink as it came but i can aimagine it would be cool if it was powder coated from a dull bland colour
