Fitting sti brembo's to a wrx
can any one tell me what is involved in fitting sti brembos front and rear.my car is a 2001 wrx. so would sti brakes from same year fit straight on or are there mods required. and later year sti calipers . will they fit or not . cheers,
hi mate, if you buy a set of brembo bakes off a 2004 or earlier sti the fronts will bolt strait on, if you get later ones you will need to redrill the dics as they have changed the pcd to a larger one. as for the rears there is a lot of work involved, im in the process of fitting some myself to my classic, if you check prodject section youl see. cheerz

The standard wrx alloys will not accommodate the STi Brembo's, you will need either the prodrive alloys or a set of STi alloys.
As stated, there is alot of work involved in adding the rear brakes, and in reallity its too much work for what you gain.
