I have an area ( size of a 1p ) of what looks like rust ! bubbling under the paint on my roof - MY00. There is also a tiny chip there but do not think this has caused the bubbling. Also the paint has gone off the top corner edge of my boot lid.

I dont want the whole roof/boot lid resprayed so can someone recommend a specialist that my be able to help me out. I'm in Surrey but would travel for the right help. Don't really want to use chips away as very varied reports. There was a link to specialist place on here that did touch ups and dents/dings some time ago but can't find it.

Recommendations please.....and who to avoid.
