How do I fit a heater matrix URGENT??

93 WRX, have the matrix what has to come out to get to it?

Have striped the bottom of the dash out what next?

I think you have to remove the complete dash & the cross bar that goes between both sides of the car ( below the a pillars) to be able to remove the complete unit.
