fault code??? help

hi i have a fault code 43 throttle switch.. what is this is it easy to mend ???

ive just had this prob its a small match box sixe box on the sid of the throttle body i took it of and cleaded with brake cleaner seems ok now bit of a bugger to get to one of the screws
