Default OverFuelling Problems - MY97 modified car

Hi to all... i will come post here because i have a serious problem (but sorry by advance for my bad english, i come from switzerland and i'm not so good in english)

I have a problem with my97 impreza... since 3 months i have started the modifications on my car and i have fit the following parts :

VF35 Turbo
555cc Injectors
255lh Fuel Pump
Silicone Turbo Inlet
Aeromotive fuel regulator
NGK-R Iridium Plugs(cold plugs platinium)
Front mounted intercooler
HKS airintake kit
Ninja Downpipe
HKS Ex. Manifold
HKS Catback
HKS Up-pipe
Apexi Power FC

but now the problem is... i can't start the car because i have an overfuelling problem... the fuel regulator has the pressure at 30psi when starting the car

anyone know the problem?? because always overfuelling and can't start my engine... and i need to remove the plugs always and wait more than 12hours to try one more time... always no success..

anyone can help me? i need to start the car to put my settings and try it!

don't know why i have too much fuel...

anyone know how to de-overfuelling the car (sorry don't know the good term) more fastest than remove the plugs and wait??

Thanks for you'r help

when was the last time the car started? Did you do all of the mods in one go or in stages? did you check the car started/drove after each stage. Have you tried the original ecu in the car to see if it starts with that?

have you compensated in the PFC for the larger injectors? try 78 as a starting point.

if it is an EU car you need to swap the cam, crank and fuel pump relay pins.

B136 swap 8 and 10.

B137 fuel pump is either on 7 or 17 and needs moving to the other position..
iirc it will be in 7 and need moving to 17.

1* and 2* refer to the notes at the bottom of the page.

100% sure 8 and 10.

Move 17 to 7 if it is in 17 or 7 to 17 if it is in 7.. you can check by turning the ignition on and see if the fuel pump primes as to whether the fuel pump relay pin is now correct.

Yes rights pins... pin 17 to pin 7 for the fuel pump

and pin 8 to pin 10 exchanged for the crankshaft and camshaft...

whyyyy

Have no ignition and the fuel regulator at 35psi... and injectors open at ~68-75% or more... cannot start the car... we have try with a plug outside and no ignition

if does not sound map related..

check and double check the wiring.. you are looking at the plugs from wire side not pin side yes?

At the Spark plugs i check the ignition... remove a plug and look at the plug when i try to start the car.. so i have no ignition on my car... dunno why... i have checked the wiring.. pin 17 to pin 7 i can hear the sound of the fuel pump it's ok.... but pin 8 exchange with the pin 10 doesnt work... i can't start the car...

my impreza is a MY97-98 model and AD200 original ECU... dunno if i have other pins to change....

it's so difficult to connect the PFC... i have no ignition dunno why...

and can't find any topic on the net... maybe the UK models and EU models are not the same for the pinout but i think yes...

Now Dunno... always overfuelling... always same problems... FPR at 30 to 40psi to start the engine... but always overfuelling... i think it's the 15th time i remove the plugs and wait a night to de-overfuelling the car...

The car will not start with the apexi...

and now the car will not start with the original ecu because of overfuelling...

i have put now 440cc injectors and connect again the Original ECU... but always overfuelling lol...

need a scooby specialist here in switzerland... anyone need a free trip to switzerland to map the pfc and make anything?? the goal : drive my impreza with the modificatons lol...

i have all the equipment to improve my impreza... a big garage - tools - lifts and more... any specialist interrested? lol

(sorry again for bad english lol)

well done.. couldn't see it could be anything else.

I would love to be able to come over and map it for you but I just cannot spare the time to fly over with a young family..

I am fairly sure there is someone mapping Scoobs in Switzeland.. just not 100% sure they are doing Apexi.. will check into it.
