Removing Oil cooler/ modine
I've got a new oil cooler/ modine... but its looks as if i'm gonna have to use the centre threaded part off my old block...?
Once oil filter is off, I can see a big nut... what size is this... do I need to use a ring spanner or socket?
What thread is it?
Once the cooler is off... how does the threaded bit come away?

There is a hollow threaded pipe with a hex machined on it that holds the Modine on. IIRC it's the end of that you screw the filter onto
Hex size is BIG (About 24mm at a guess).
Take the filter off and unscrew the pipe and the modine will fall off
