Do a search on de-tangoing, you will find plenty of stuff
Basically you need to heat the Mastic in order to seperate the lights, the most popular method seems to be popping them into the oven for about 10 Mins on V low heat, Be warned however, Scoobyboy1 melted one of his lights when doing this
Another option would be to get hold of a powerfull hairdryer, work your way round and prise them apart
Don't forget to seal properly however, otherwise you will get condensation build up in the lights
All the best

The oven trick works well. Had to use this method to remove the lense from my Supra headlights.
