Default is an anti lift kit available for a blobeye WRX?

I presume this helps keep the nose down under hard acceleration as well?

any idea of costs and where they are available from?

cheers!

Yes it is available.

Nose actually rises with kit fitted. See the whiteline website for technical explanation, it would be better named as kit to remove anti lift geo.

I have kit fitted to my 03 STi and I can't say I notice this additional lift. What I do notice is the increased front end grip under power and the improved feel with the additional castor.
