Default Blown the Turbo?

Was in the car park to day and was on idle and smoke just started coming outta the back, Spelt Oil'ly, looks like Blue or Whitish smoke,
cars running 1.3 bar on a TD04 does it sound like its gone, its done 20k.

I have a similar problem at the moment but cant get an answer, it just smokes when warm on idle, ive had plugs out all fine did a compression all fine and no oil in intercooler so it must be turbo seals, its not proper burnt blue smoke like an old oil burner its more grey, any way got a second hand turbo coming this week so see if that cures it

1.3 bar isnt that excessive, most can run that happily all day.
