knocklink connector wiring?

knocklink connector wiring?
Does it matter which way you connect the wires to the pins on the bosch connector? ie signal / earth.
I removed the rubber sleeve protector to check the wiring only to find the wires had come off the pins, not sure which wire goes to which pin.
