Default v3 STi-RA a quick rack?

i just bought a v3 sti-ra rack, pump and lines to replace the old series1 legacy gt rack in my wagon. now it is 3.25 tuns lock to lock. the old rack was 3 lock to lock.

does anyone have any idea as to whether the v3 sti-ra had a fast rack or quick rack? i bought it off a friend whom bought a whole ex rally car and used for parts.. the front left control arm was bent after a smash which leads me to believe that the rack is not the orignial rack for this RA.

It should have the 13.1 quickrack and not the 15.1 fast rack.
Look for a sticker in the rear window, but STi type RA's had the quickrack as standard

i have legacy gt not the RA.. i just bought the rack and bits of my mate. so no sticker for me... have checked the actual rack with nuthing to note. 15:1 equates to 2.75 lock to lock, and 13:1 denotes 2.5 lock to lock.

thanx.
