Can anyone verify that this part numner:

Is the JDM Sti v9 Crank. ie the crank that is nitrided and has the enlarged oilways as standard and only appeared in the Jap Domestic Market?
From all the info I have gathered so far this does indeed seem to be the case, however I have been wrong before.....
