[stupid question] have you fitted an a new intercooler or even a different dv?[/stupid question]
Maybe the actuator needs adjusting?
Just a few ideas.

does it feel down on power?

could be your boost gauge miss reading or have a possible leak from there.....

Definately seems like a leak of some sort to be honest!! double check all hoses and also the small vac pipes to your boost solenoid.
