Factory fitted sunroofs,are seals available in the US without bying the Glass?

Factory sunroofs leak bad when the seals go bad, they are great other than that and I need a replacement seal for a 93 Legacy Wagon. Any ideas?? I have been told that the only way to get the seal is to purchase the glass?? Is this the fact??
