Question Cylinder heads on a MY2001, 2.5l converstion

Hi ,

Can anyone advise in the best heads to use when converting a classic MY2001 to a 2.5l bottom end/short block,
Are the standard UK ones good enough or is it better to get them reworked or get hold of some STi ones ??

Is it just the cams that are different in the Sti heads or are they also flowed better ? Are the valve sizes different ?

Valves are different but same size I believe, solid followers, stronger springs and higher lift cams. The JDM have wider inlet tracts on >STi7 also I think
