Default Not Sounding Good

Ive noticed my car since last night has started making a noise between 2,000 and 3,000 rpm, as you sit in the car on the right side

It almost sounds like a twig gettin caught in the wheel but is in time with the burble, if that makes sense ? But i checked all wires, cables and nothing is near the wheel, and the wheel bearings are fine

But how ever i noticed this :

Does anyone see anythign wrong with this picture, when i rev the car the item in the middle of the picture appears to rattle, and tap. But i cant find any loose wires anywhere else that would go into it

If its nothing wrong in the picture any other idea's ?

what are you using for boost control?
that is your boost solenoid and it isnt connected up. It will make a noise when the throttle is opened. The bit to the right of the solenoid what is that??? The way thats situated looks as though it connects to the bottom of the boost solenoid (it shouldnt do as it should just be hose going towards your turbo and also there are threads)
I think you need to give a few more details on the car for a more thorough answer

Sorry it was a bit brief thats my old HKS solenoid the person who changed the engine and put the new boost controller left it in there. Does a CV joint sound like a possibility , it also sometimes clunks under braking at low speeds but not cornering

Its a 1995 WRX sorry
