Mechanical temperature gauges
Guys,
How do mechanical temperature gauges work? I mean, if they have a capillary tube to feed the oil/water to the gauge, how does the gauge read the temperature of the oil/water in the block? The temperature of the fluid at the back of the gauge won't be the same by any stretch of the imagination.
