Had this fault show up on the ecu codes yesterday, can someone please confirm if this is the igniton switch (key).

 

Yes it is i had this when using a copy key, rectified by using original key and reseting ecu. The acual code means starter swtich and curcit so could be igintion switch, key code or signal to ecu from starter, alot of people get code 12 as part of other codes and if car is starting ok it tends to clear on ecu reset
