Hi,

I wondered if anyone had tried to increase the legroom in an Impreza.

I have a MY99 Turbo 2000 which has additional seat height ajustment feature. As I am 6'4, i would prefer to have a little more leg room if possible.

Is it possible to easily increase the range of the seat in terms of front to back movement?

Yes you can move the seat back how secure and legal implications not sure of but you have to drill holes in the base to relocate it to the runners

 

I'm 6 3 with long legs, and i have no trouble in mine....... as above, you would be able to do it, but it'd need to be done very well to ensure the seats stayed put in an accident...
