What BHP with what mods?
Who knows what BHP i will get from these mods and what you can get out of the standard side fed sti injectors? I have the following mods.
hks stainless filter
mongoose full stainless system de-catted
SARD sports fuel reg
hks DD d/v
cosmic oversized metal head gaskets but had block and heads skimmed
eagle rods
arias oversized pistons
polished ported heads
VF 34 turbo
fmic
getting uprated fuel pump but need to know what size i need if i can get enough BHP from standard injectors? I wouldn't mine about 400BHP?
The cars a 1994 sti to my understanding.
also what can i do about mapping and whats the best to go for i dont want to spend mega money.

about 340-350 ish....then the turbo will run out of puff...nice spec, but i think the turbo will be the bottle neck here....as well as the injectors, assuming they are 440s....if they are then id say 320....

so any idea on what injectors/fuel pump would be suited remember i will most probably be driving it every day lol
as for the turbo i just found this
http://www.scoobytuner.com/tuning/?tSfID1=4&tuningID=43
says around 365-390 hp but for £400 new it seemed not a bad deal
And any info about re-mapping?

im not too hot on the classic injectors, but ignore the specs of that turbo as its an american site. They over inflate all power figures anyway....you could achieve those on race fuel pretty much only....
remapping is probably best via an apexi power fc, assuming they make them for your year of car.

speak to mark at alteral performance re: the turbo, keeping in mind that a 400+bhp turbo will be pretty laggy on a 2.0 but at least you have the rev limit in your favour.
youd probably have to travel to get it mapped....there are a couple of pfc mappers down south, im sure other people will be along to advise.

the td05 20g is good for 400 in perfect conditions, you cant really rely on it every time to make 400. a TD06 20g you probably could.....unless running fuel additives. an SZ49 or TD06-49 from lateral will definitely hit 400.

WHAT AM I DOING!!!! i was only rebuilding the engine due to a melted piston so i thought if im going to do it why not get a nice set of pistons and rods then the bug bit im going to stick with this turbo (vf34) it will be plenty big enough for what i want till i get bored lol. Its just the re-mapping and injectors/pump i need info on so post away prices and where/who does it.
Thanks anyway.
