Clutch on MY96 UK Scoob
After reading threads on here with regards to checking how worn down your clutch is.
Put in 3rd and try to pull off.
Did this and my revs went up but car hardly moved although it did a bit,
I am assuming that My clutch is on its way out.
Could anyone confirm if there is another way to test????????
If it does need replacing, What sort of price am I looking at?
roughly.

You shouldn't be pulling away in third..You should drive up to around 25/30mph and then with the car in third or fourth gear you should put the throttle on the floor,If the revs go up and the movement of the car is slow then the clutch is slipping. If you start moving along and the revs increase as your moving on then its not slipping.
