Default Ecu remap

My m/y94 wrx import is fitted with an sti sa ecu. Can someone tell me if this ecu is remappable or not? Id be gratefull for any infomation. cheers

No it isnt. You will need to get either a chip such as a ScoobyEcu or a replacement ECU like an Apexi if you want to re-map.

SA is already chipped and is from an STi 1.
The chip can be erased and re-programmed.

I've not seen the contents of an SA, but if it's like the SB from an STi RA then it will be very lean at the top and about 13.6psi (thats how they got the power up to 265ps, I think, over the standard 240ps).
