[HELP] ECU Error Codes
After getting some hesitation when accelerating in my MY98 JDM STi today I've read the ECU diagnostics and it's come back with 3 different error codes
23 - MAF Sensor
32 - Oxygen Sensor
21 - Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor
How long are these codes stored for? Is it possible some of these relate to old faults or do I really need to replace all 3 sensors?! If the latter, is it possible this is indicative of a greater problem - why would 3 sensors give up all at once?
Cheers.

you will not have all of those faults, one is probs causing the others.....you also can't tell on the early cars wether they are current or historic
personally first option would be to re-set the cars ECU and then once sorted (ECU cleared) take for a sensible drive and re-check to see whats stored, this will then give you current problems........

Read/heard early Scoobies knacker the air sensors if they have inappropriate induction kits? ie too much air??
Would guess the maf/02 sensor could be related and the coolant is incidental?
Unless its a loom fault?
I'm sure there are more knowledgeable/experienced people out there with a better idea.
Good luck

Cheers guys, had a chat with my local stealer and he also suggested one fault would be causing the others. Gonna have to bite the bullet and run it straight in to be looked at I think, we're supposed to be going away for Easter on Friday
The car does have an HKS induction kit fitted. Does resetting the ECU affect any remapping that's been done? If not, I'll giev that a go at lunch time today
Any further suggestions so I can go to the dealer as armed as possible? Thanks.
