Front Mount Intercooler with v5 bumper & p1 splitter

Has anyone fitted a Front Mounted Intercooler with a Version 5 bumber and
P1 Splitter.

Pretty much every front mount needs the bumper cutting in some way or another.
(with the exception of the Lateral Performance one)
I can't see the P1 splitter making much difference.
What's the problem?

I've been told it maybe a nightmare to fit with the P1 splitter
