Plugs - at which point do you swap from 7s to 8s?
what's the lowest power at which 8s become unsuitable? was wondering if it's worth going to 8s for track/drag use, car does very little steady road use

Check http://www.ngk.de/fileadmin/downloads/Spark_Plugs.pdf for NGK's opinion of the temperature range of the different versions, and pictures of how to 'intepret' the current plugs.
If they look normal they are fine, if you go too cold you run the risk of fouling the plugs and mis-firing when you want it least!
