Default engine check on ! 45 code help

i have a prob with my94 classic scoobie
i cleaned the over boost senser like as said on most scoobie sites using carb cleaner etc etc and taking it for a run round straight after the car was fine no probs , a couple of hours later the same day i started the car and the engine check light came straight on ?? i have tryed to reset the ecu but all i keep getting is 4 slow flashes and 5 fast ones does that mean code 45 ? am i right in saying that is the pressure sensor - pressure exchange solenoid valve ??? where is this ? and how can i sort it ?

This is situated on the offside suspension turret next to the air box. It has 3 vacuum hoses going to it. Its basicly the boost solonoid. Try cleaning it out with brake cleaner, if this doesnt work then a new one is required.
