ECU code 53?????

ECU code 53?????
Had poor idle and error code 24 so got to cleaning out the idle air valve fine but when i reset ecu its now giving me code 53? standard impreza codes go up to 51 on aditional codes 53 is fuel pump/curcit but car is running fine now
